Signatures For Email

Internet Marketing

Hey,

One of the fastest ways to get your message out and increase traffic is with your signature in your email. Unfortunately, most people do this all wrong.

In this article, I'm gonna share with you the right way to do it and a great free resource to have your sig look as cool as mine! ;)

First, how not to do it.

- Only have your sig show for some emails (Wrong... you never know who is interested or knows someone who's interested in your message!)

- Have 29 different messages/products/offers in your sig (The basic rule to keep in mind is, 'If you give people too many choices, they will choose to do exactly... nothing.)

- Put a logo or no pic in your sig (Don't put your company logo here! People buy from people. Get a good pic and put it in your sig.)

- Don't put a link to your offer (Nuff said)

- Don't put more than one way to get in touch with you (This is not to be confused with multiple offers. People are particular about 'how' to contact you. Some want to just pick up the phone, while others just want to connect via Facebook.)

- Make your signature really long (Notice how I put a bunch of ways to contact me with icons vs a long list? Less is more.)

Cool, free resource for signatures for email

Signature for email resource

This is the way to do your email signature the right way.

With wisestamp you can add a pic, links, web 2.0 site links and much, much more. Very cool resource with plenty of tutorials to help get you going quick.

What other resources would you like to see here...?
