Mike,Just tonight,you taught me a little trick,and thanks!, Ive been that way for 34 years in the welding buisness,and it works,well untill the economy turns against you,and manufacturing,and well everybody. But if you treat people the way you want to be treated,and in 34 years,only fired 2 guys,Both for drinking on the job,(9am in the bathroom) when we had a road Job,either way, Road job or not, OUT!.
But you never know,when you give a pc of scrap away,that the guy might be a millionare,in 2 years,and he remebers you,Can you tell it happened!,thanks,Jack
