Gone are the times of nervously wondering whether or not your body gives off unpleasant odors.
A Japanese company has created a gadget capable of detecting human body odors, which connects to an app installed on your phone to give you alerts.
Dubbed KunKun, which roughly translates to “sniff, sniff” in English, has the ability to identify certain chemical compounds with a greasy, rotten or perspired nature.
KunKun is pocket sized for convenience, allowing users to avoid embarrassment. The device is relatively easy to use, just put it down on your body and it will identify chemicals of a smelly nature.
The gadget is still in its testing phase, but is scheduled to be released sometime this summer. Date and price are yet to be announced.
