State of Emergency Declared in Brazil Over Outbreak of Yellow Fever

With over 300 cases of Yellow Fever being investigated in Brazil, the Governor of Minas Gerais has declared a 6 month state of emergency.
Ordering over 11 million vaccines for the disease, Brazil is at high risk for potential in contracting the deadly virus, which is transmitted by mosquitoes. Vaccinations are being pushed for anyone planning on entering the country, as the disease is very dangerous, and difficult to diagnose.

Reports have indicated that already 5 million vaccines are available and have been distributed, with the remaining 6 million on the way around the country. It is still under investigation on how the disease has become so widespread.
The country has been taking this matter under serious consideration, and want to ensure that in case of a large outbreak, they want to be able to cover themselves when it comes to the stock of the vaccine being readily available.
